His name was cemented politically in the public eye with shackles around his neck and hands to lead a team of 12 clerics to form a government in Afghanistan. Such an outcome no longer serves what was once the best option. And since he knows too much to be around, keeping him at bay would be helpful in adapting to the new, radical trend of the political landscape in Afghanistan.
