America will provide intelligence to the Taliban to strengthen their administration. In exchange, the Taliban has committed to share its own gathered information related to jihadist organizations and individuals with US, especially those with international agenda.
In one of these appendices, America has quite likely committed to help manage the level of public grievances against the formation of the Emirate. For instance, to relocate political cadres of people, civil activists, educated personalities and opponents capable of causing trouble out of Afghanistan and give shelter to Western countries to facilitate the process of building Taliban Imaret. The Taliban likely pledged not to cooperate with parties, individuals and countries opposing America in international issues. America has pledged not to support Taliban opponents and not to put pressure on the Taliban related to domestic policies in Afghanistan.
The Taliban have pledged not to interfere with US intelligence activities and to facilitate its regional agendas through Afghanistan. Among others, not to limit the activities of the American Embassy. America has pledged to help the Taliban in the "reconstruction" of Afghanistan as means to back the Taliban with raw cash fund. America has pledged not to assassinate Taliban leaders and their influential people. The Taliban has pledged not to target American assets and individuals.

During this period, both sides have implemented parts of the annexes and the outcome on those annexes are no longer hidden. Simply from the actions and behavior of both parties, one can conclude the details of their agreements. Of course, what is written on the paper as an agreement contract does not always work as it should. There are ups and downs, some give and take, differences, but the generalities are the same as I have mentioned.
