Some people want pure Sharia system!
Whereas in the Islamic world, there is no such thing as a pure Sharia system, there is no possibility of it being in the future, otherwise Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanbali, Shia and Sunni, Ismaili, Qadi Yani and other branches of faith will not exist.
Even among the scholars of the Hanafi faith, there is no consensus on a single pure Sharia system! The differences between the scholars of Saudi Arabia, the scholars of Al-Ahzar, the scholars of India, the scholars of the Haqqani seminary of Pakistan, and the scholars of Kandahar are very deep!
Furthermore, there is no concord harmony between our Taliban in regard to the Sharia system. Zabih Allah Mujahid, Stanakzai, Haqqani do not agree with the Kandahari Taliban madrassa scholars!
The truth is that there are thousands of false so-called hadiths attributed to the great prophet of Islam. And for this reason alone, there are speculations, interpretations, jurisprudence, ijtihad, mawlanas, sheikhs, and maulvies in Islam in order to make a decision on each specific issue depending on the circumstances. In Sirat Nu'man, Maulana Shibli Nomani says that Abu Hanifah Ashd al-Raya who was a scholar believed that only 45 Hadiths were validly correct. To him the concept of Qiyas was most important. Another Sunni scholar, Ibn Muqafa, stated that the Imam should order decision based on the Qur'an and the expediency of the Muslims, but not on the basis of hadiths because there are more contradictory hadiths with authenticity and quotation disputes.
Collecting invalidated hadiths from a-great-messenger-of-God after 300 years of the actual events in the illiterate and backward societies that merely based on personal taste should not be considered trustworthy. The other issue is, if there is a proposition or an unproven Hadiths which prevents and blocks the natural welfare, time based advancement, people's well-being and justice between God and God's created, then it should be categorized as invalid and rejected.
Socha/Pure Shariah system exists only in the undeveloped minds of some barely starting to become Talib and semiliterate-mullahs whom misplaced from the village limited way of life unaware of the complex, current existence and needs of today's real world. They call their irrational, lucid-literal beliefs Socha-Shariat and apply subjugation and cruelty directly from the barrel of Mullah's gun, putting the current and future lives of the oppressed people at risk!
